As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing our websites to improve the website conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
- Improve the brands’ visibility in search engine results pages.
- Performing keyword research, keyword mapping and search intent research.
- Create content briefs to be sent to freelance writers.
- Edit and publish content on each website.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Monitor, track and report on key SEO metrics performance.
- Conducting technical audits to identify issues impacting a site’s performance and providing optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with WordPress Developer to implement optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and internal link strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Alsoasked, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Excellent in using Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of schema markup.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialist to elaborate paid ads and organic strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialist to conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize ad copy.
- Collaborate with SEO Specialist with daily SEO tasks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales team to align ad messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search) platforms.
